Physical Products

How/when will my order be shipped?

Domestic orders (within the United States) ship via USPS.

Once your payment is received, your order will ship out the studio within 3 - 7 business days. Turnaround times may vary depending on time of year and during peak holiday season.

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

If your order includes an item on preorder, your full order will be held until the preordered item is ready to ship. We are happy to split orders upon request.

Be advised that carrier delays are beyond our control, and while we agree they are frustrating we can not be held responsible.

Do you ship internationally (outside the United States)?

Currently, we do not ship internationally.

How much are shipping charges?

Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the total quantity and weight of the products in your order.

What happens if my shipment is undeliverable?

We ship to the address specified in your order. If that address is incorrect or undeliverable for any reason and the product is returned to us, the buyer will have the option to pay the shipping again and we will attempt delivery again with a different address, or the buyer can receive a refund for the product, minus the original shipping cost.

My order is incorrect, what do I do?

Yikes, mistakes can happen to all of us! If you receive your package and something is amiss with your order, email the studio right away so that we can solve the issue as quickly as possible.

Digital Products

Digital products such as brush sets, fonts, and graphics packages are immediately available and downloadable after payment.

Physical Products

Product Defect Returns

We use top notch vendors to produce our products, and do our best to check all products to ensure that they are high quality. From time to time, a flaw will slip through these rigorous defenses. If one of our items arrives damaged or defective, we will accept returns free of charge. A photo will be required to show the defective product, and you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item, or offer a refund or store credit, if no replacement can be made.

Physical Products Damaged in Shipping

While we are not responsible for damage done during shipping, we will do our best to replace damaged products if at all possible. We will offer a refund or shop credit if an exact replacement is not available.

Returns for Non-Defective Physical Products

We offer refunds or returns for non-defective products with a $5 restocking fee, plus the cost of return shipping, if the products are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To begin the refund/return process, email the studio at michelle@fabuletters.com to advise that you would like to return a product. You must send us a tracking number that shows the product has been shipped back to us. The refund, less the $5 restocking fee, will be issued once the merchandise has arrived to us.

Digital Products

Brushsets, Fonts, & Digital Graphics

Digital projects such as brushsets and other digital assets offer immediate access and are not returnable. Once a digital product is purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.
